Our goal is to find the most natural and freshest ingredients in season for our baked goods.

 

Cakes:

Flavors: tres leches and chocolate tres leches, strawberry, coconut, carrot, brandy, chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate-chip. 

 

Frosting: butter cream, whipped cream, marshmallow fondant, ganache, cream cheese, italian meringue, crema chantilly, and royal icing.

Filling:  butter cream, whipped cream, mocha whipped cream, pastry cream, mouse, caramel, fresh fruit, jams, ice cream, mascarpone cream, and cream cheese. *Whipped cream and butter cream can be flavored with a variety of extracts.
